Question: What photograph should I chose for my Canvas Print or Jigsaw Puzzle?
Answer: Choose one that you love, one that evokes positive emotions. There are just a few things to consider if your photograph is in digital format, high resolution jpeg's work best. Images which are 2 Mb or higher are great. Images between 2 Mb and 700Kb are normally always good. Files under 700Kb may be OK depending on the size of your print. Don't worry, we will always call you if your image is too small and discuss the options. If your image is a traditional print , please post it to us for high resolution scanning. Your print will be returned undamaged.

For canvas prints, the main subjects should not lie at the edge of the photo as approx 1 inch of your print will be wrapped around the edge of the frame and won't be clearly viewed.

Question: How are the frames made for the Canvas Prints?
Answer: Our frames are assembled using 22mm (deep), kiln dried Fir stretcher bars. The bars are dead straight and not subject to warping and will lie 100% flat against the wall. Each frame is supplied with a fitted free wall hanging system.

Question: Why do you add a Giclee varnish?
Answer: The transparent Giclee varnish provides extra protection against sunlight, dust and minor blemishes.

Question: How are the Canvas Prints made?
Answer: We digitally edit your photograph, print onto canvas paper using inkjet technology, coat the canvas with 2 thin layers of specialist Giclee varnish, hand stretch onto a frame made from kiln dried stretcher bars. We use the highest quality canvas and printers in the industry.

Question: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Answer: We try to dispatch within a few days of receiving an order. We use a next day courier service for all orders within Ireland. However, to be safe please allow up to 2 weeks for arrival of your order. Please contact us if you require a more urgent delivery or to confirm a delivery date.

Question: What editing can you carry out on my image?
Answer: We carry out basic editing for free. This includes red-eye removal, unwanted date and time stamp removal, adjustment of colour balance, sharpness, brightness and contrast. We can also remove unwanted content or crop closer to the photograph's subjects. Call us to discuss options For an additional charge we can carry out more extensive photograph restorations.

Question: How good is the print quality on the Canvas Prints?
Answer: Our print quality is excellent. We print using HP's latest inkjet technology. Utilising 12 pigment - based inks (including a new Chromatic Red Ink Formulation), the HP printer produces beautiful high resolution, gallery -quality prints in B&W and colour with smooth transitions and true neutral greys. We only use HP's superior Professional Matte Canvas media. The combination of HP's ink and media mean that our gallery quality prints will last for over 200 years.

Question: What is your product guarantee?
Answer: We pride ourselves in the quality of our products, and are confident that you will be very happy with our products. However, if you should receive a faulty or an incorrect product then please contact us to organise an immediate replacement. As our canvas prints and personalised jigsaw puzzles are made to order with a personal image, we cannot accept order cancellations or refunds.

Question: Is the photo jigsaw print quality good?
Answer: Yes, we use industry-leading inkjet printing technology to deliver a professional photographic finish. We use the manufacturers premium media and ink supplies. In addition, we further protect the print from moisture with a glossy over laminatefilm.

Question: Should I choose a wood or board jigsaw puzzle ?
Answer: Our wooden jigsaws are made from solid Baltic plywood.They are 1/2 inch thick and the pieces are individually handcut. The pieces are bigger, thicker and stronger than the board pieces. This makes them perfect for the younger child. Our board jigsaws are made from mount board, which is a higher quality cardboard than the board used the average high street jigsaw.

Question: Why are the wooden jigsaw puzzles more expensive than the board jigsaw puzzles?
Answer: It really comes down to the time required to hand cut and sand each piece to a smooth finish. But at the end of the process you will have a beautiful jigsaw that will last a lifetime.

Question: How much is the delivery charge ?
Answer: We use Fastway Couriers to ensure a safe, reliable and speedy delivery to our customers. We charge a very competitive flat rate of 4.50 EURO per order within Ireland, i.e 32 Counties. This is regardless of the number of items contained within the order. This charge is automatically added in the PayPal checkout stage.

We require our phone number for two reasons:

Question: How do I upload my image?
Answer: When you click the "Buy Now" button you will be brought to a page where you upload your image. The uploading process make take a few minutes depending on the size of your image and the speed of your internet connection.

Question: Can I order my canvas print or personalised jigsaw puzzle by post?
Answer: Yes, we accept orders by post. your order details should include:

* the product you are ordering
* a caption (optional)
* your name
* your address
* your telephone number
